Methods of Payment: Cashiers Check or Money Order (Made payable to Braxton's Auctioneering) or Cash (All cash transactions must take place at our corporate office - 303 Main Street, Loganville, GA 30052 will be accepted. Full payment is due no later than (4) business days after the close of auction. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover only) will be accepted only upon completion of a Braxton's Auctioneering Credit card Authorization Form unless paid through paypal. We ask that buyers use the Paypal link NOT the Wepay system provided by Invaluable. This form can be optained by call 770-466-0748 and providing us a fax number or email address. Please not that all bidders will be charged through wepay if invoice is not paid within four days of auction. NOTE! We ask all buyers to once again ONLY USED Paypal link to pay for your invoices.

2. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer and seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Braxton's Auctioneering will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything is sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" except as expressly made in writing. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose.

3. It is the buyer's responsibility for making arrangements for shipping. Braxton's offer shipping arrangements for specialty auctions at the expense of the buyer. In specialty auctions. Credit cards will be charge twice, Once for the product and then again for the shipping. All product will be shipped USPS or UPS store. 90% of the time we use USPS priority mail flat rate boxes. Ins. is charged on all purchases.

4. If any shortages exist on counts, an adjustment will be made only if claims are made at the time of removal. No adjustments as to counts will be allowed after purchased item(s) are removed from the premises. If an error occurs on shipped items, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Once 24 hours has passed we accept this as ample inspection time.

5. No tax will be charged on Gold or silver coins, scrap gold, or the like. A 7% Georgia Sales tax will be charged on all products that is shipped to a Georgia address, unless a Georgia resale tax number is provided and filed on the GA sales tax form.

6. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.

7. The seller and auctioneer shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery or any purchased item(s), other than the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot.

8. In the event the purchaser fails to pay for the entire purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneer, and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover any monies paid as part of its damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be due to the auctioneer by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder. All Sales Are Final.

9. No item can, on any account, be removed or shipped prior to full payment. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for items not removed within the time allowed when applicable. If items are not removed within the specified removal time, the purchaser shall be liable for any moving and/or storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned and sold. The purchaser will have 2 weeks after the auction closes in order to remove the items purchased.

After 30 days there will be a $25.00 monthly storage fee assigned to each lot not picked up.

we accept cash, visa, mastercard, amex, discover, personal checks, bank checks, postal money orders and wire transfers. payments made via personal check, bank check or money order will be held until fully cleared before merchandise will be released. If paying with a money order, we only accept USPS postal money orders. we will not accept any other form of money order.

Payments for coins, gold or silver bullion or high value items must be made via cash, check or wire transfer. we will not accept credit card payments for these high value items. Any such item will have a notation in the item listing.

All items are sold as "pickup only". Should you require shipping we will forward the item to our local shipping partner "Anything Goes Shipping Services" once the item has been paid for. You will then receive an invoice from them for the shipping and handling charges.THEIR MINIMUM CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING IS $12.99 PER ITEM. If you would like to have the item shipped by another company we will gladly forward the item to them once the item has been paid for and payment has fully cleared.
Larger items can be shipped but it can be very expensive. If you seem doubtful about the shipping of an item or its cost please ask for a quote prior to shipping.
Items left over 5 days will be charged a $5.00 per day / per lot storage charge unless prior arrangements have been made.

We are required to collect NYS Sales Tax 8%. Sales tax must be collected for any item picked up at our location or shipped within the state of New York. If you are NYS Sales Tax Exempt you must provide a completed and signed NYS form ST-121. If you are picking up an item and are tax exempt in another state that has a reciprocating agreement with New York State then the same form will apply to you as well. A copy of the form can be found on the internet for your use if you don't already have one.
