a large folding style print from a series 'Yoshiwara Keisei Shin Bijin Awase Jihitsu Kagami' (A Mirror Comparing the Handwriting of New and Beautiful Courtesans of the Yoshiwara), depicting a group of bijin and young girls out walking, a couple of them distracted by two puppies playing at their feet, with kyoka verses inscribed above -- 14 1/4 in. x 19 3/4 in. (36.2cm. x 50.2cm.), mounted, framed and glazed.
