IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BUYERS
The operator of voluntary sale is adherent to the Central Registry prevention of unpaid Auctioneers from which payment incidents are likely to registration. The rights of access, rectification and opposition for legitimate reasons are to be exercised by the obligor with the Symev 15, rue Freycinet 75016 Paris.
Potential purchasers are invited to examine and assess the condition of items they may wish to buy during the auction.

Condition reports:
Condition reports are in the notice for each lot. References in the lot description or any other supplementary material to damage are for guidance only and should be evaluated by personal inspection by the bidder or a knowledgeable representative. The absence of such a reference does not imply that an item is free from defects, nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of any other. No claims will therefore be entertained after the fall of the hammer.
Insurance
At the fall of the hammer the title of property shall be transferred to the purchaser, who assumes immediate responsibility for insurance. Uncollected property will be stored at the buyer's risk and expense. PIASA declines liability for lots placed in storage.
All transportation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Estimates
An estimate in euros of the likely sale price is published after each lot. This is provided for indication only. The hammer price may of course be above or below this estimate.
The estimates do not include the cost of purchasing and transport, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
PIASA will not accept any after-sales offer for the Online Only auctions.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchaser is the highest and final bidder.
No lot will be transferred to the purchaser before it has been paid for in full.
In addition to the amount of the winning bid, the following premium per lot is also due :

PAYMENT
The sale shall be conducted in euros. All payments must be effected in the same currency.
Payment is due immediately after the sale.

HOW DO YOU BID ONLINE ?
Register and bid :
Only individuals who are at least 18 years old and enjoying full legal and legal persons are entitled to register as a bidder capacity.
Your personal and banking details will only be used if you submit a successful bid in one of our Online Only sales.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password, you are responsible for any activity from your account. PIASA does not have access and does not keep any of your bank details.
The starting price (which corresponds to the reserve price) is indicated under the estimate.
In the event that two bidders submit an identical bid, the sale will always go to the person who submitted his bid first.
At the closing of the sale, the successful bidder is the best and the last bidder.
PIASA can not be held responsible for the following incidents:
• A loss of internet connection
• A failure or a problem with the software online auction
• A hardware compatibility problem or a problem with the system
End of the sale :
The sale ends at 6pm.
Invaluable doesn't allow sniping. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of a lot's scheduled end
time, we extend the sale by 5 minutes from the last bid. This way other bidders have a chance to place
a bid. "Extended bidding"continues until 2 hours after the last lot's scheduled end time.
