Conditions of sale

ABSENTEE BIDS will be executed when possible as a convenience to the customer. The auction house will not be held responsible for any errors or failures to execute bids. We cannot be held responsible for failures or lapses in online bidding platforms. The bid will be executed competitively. A down payment may be required. We will notify the bidder if successful. The decision to accept an absentee bid will be left to our discretion. Payment is due upon notification of a successful bid. Packing and shipping may be arranged as a courtesy and at the buyers expense. The auction house must have received cleared funds to release absentee purchased property.

THE RECORD OF SALE kept by the auction clerks will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

CONTESTED BIDS In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on the part of us as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have final discretion either to determine the successful bidder, or withdraw the lot, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute

Firearms

All post 1898 Firearms are to be sold in accordance with federal law. We cannot sell any firearms to buyers outside of the United States. We are not responsible for compliance with gun laws within your state. Please check your local laws before bidding on firearms with us. If you wish to pick up firearms from our gallery we will conduct a NCIS FBI background check. We will only ship to a licensed Federal Firearms Licence holder at the buyer's expense. Our gallery assumes no liabilty for failure of background check or failure of transfer for out of states buyers. If you have any questions about these policies please contact us before bidding.

Buyers Responsibility

BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY On the fall of the hammer or in the customary manner, title to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein, and such bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Our employees will exercise caution in handling the goods but do so at the buyer's risk.

Payment

PAYMENT: Visa, Master Card, Cash, approved check or wire transfer ( with $30.00 service fee) . All purchases must be paid for within one week of the sale. All purchases must be paid for in full before the removal of any item from the sales room. We allow no charge accounts. Canadian funds will be accepted at our banks current exchange rate. Bad checks will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law. The auction house may at its discretion hold property until funds have cleared.

Buyers Premium

A buyers premium of 15% applied to purchases will be added to the successful bid price and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. There is a 3% charge levied by Artfact for use of their bidding platform. This will also be applied to the total regardless of payment method used.
