Artist or Maker

Notes

The Casquets Lighthouse, about 7 miles west of Alderney, was first lit on 30th October 1724 with coal fires, these were replaced with oil lamps in 1779 and was not converted to electric lamps until 1952.

Gosselin was a Channel Islander of an old Guernsey family, he was Greffier of the Royal Court, Colonel of the Militia and a notable amateur watercolourist and topographer.
