Hunt's short story, The Baker's Rubies. Caption: "Why, Sarah wondered, if Miss Emmiline had such jewels, did she live in such poverty -- Miss. Emmiline and said only,'They are something to fall back on.'" This piece was reproduced on page 172 of Famous American Illustrators by Arpi Ermoyan, Chartwell Books, 2002.
