Yellowing to varnish; craquelure throughout; three areas of visible retouch in center; two areas of visible retouch in upper center; area of visible retouch in center left along left edge; Under UV, strokes of retouch throughout to address craquelure; stroked of retouch in center of mountain and along shoreline of lake; 1 x 1 inch area of retouch in center left along left edge; scattered strokes of retouch in center;1 x 1 inch area of retouch in lower right corner.

Framed: 16 3/4 x 26 3/4 inches.
