Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly, chargebacks will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase through Invaluable. No exceptions.

All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. McLaren Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall McLaren Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. McLaren Auction Services shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. McLaren Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. McLaren Auction Services is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against McLaren Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. McLaren Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. McLaren Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Be aware that any display items - Jewelry Necks or trays, baskets, boxes, etc. are used for display only and are the property of McLaren Auction Services. If a display item is included in the lot, it will be noted in the description.

Any vintage clothes - assume there may be spots or minor damage. We cannot find everything.

If buyer wishes to pick up an item from the Auction center, it must be done within 7 days of the auction, or storage fees will be incurred. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and McLaren Auction Services has the right to resell the item to recoup storage fees.

Auctioneer sets minimum bids at time of sale. If no bids reach that amount the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in our next auction. The starting bid amount on Invaluable may be too low, and will not be honored if Auctioneer does not go that low during the Auction.

Shipping costs are sole responsibility of buyer. Buyer's card on file with Invaluable will be automatically charged once shipping is calculated. Large or Furniture sizes must be picked up by buyer or their shipper within 7 days. Shipping is done by Newberg mail who provides pro shipping at reasonable rates. NMR will use USPS, UPS or FedEx. Signing up to bid means the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this information.
