Anne Churchill (1683-1716) was the third daughter of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough and Sarah Churchill. She married Charles
Spencer, 3rd Earl of Sunderland and her children included the 3rd
Duke of Marlborough and the father of the 1st Earl Spencer.
