Falconers at an inn, a windmill by a river beyond signed 'G.Stuhr' (lower right) oil on canvas 22 x 28 in. (55.9 x 71.1 cm.) PROVENANCE Anon. sale, Lempertz, Cologne, 12 December 1991, lot 175 (DM 12,000). NOTES Johann Georg Stuhr is recorded as a painter of ports and naval battles. There are three paintings of marine subjects by Stuhr in the museum at Hamburg.
