Signed, titled and inscribed "JOAN JAMESON..." on the reverse, with labels
including the 1949 Irish Exhibition of Living Art affixed to the reverse.
Oil on canvas, 25 x 30 in. (63.5 x 76.2 cm), framed.
Condition: Minor losses/flaking, abrasions, canvas deformations.

Provenance: Through the collection of Mrs. George Skakel, Greenwich, Connecticut.

Canvas deformation overall. Scattered paint losses, including a cluster of small losses 4 in. long in the u.r. quadrant in the pink house, in the l.r. quadrant 2 in. long, and a small loss u.r. in the sky. Scattered areas of craquelure, including in the center and also in the sky u.c. Scattered minor abrasions.
