Jean Young (1914-1995), "The Ark", signed, oil on canvas, 63 x 75.5cm.; 25 x 29.75in. * Was a member of the Royal Society of British Artists and the New English Art Club. Had a series of solo shows in London, Canterbury and Bath, mixed show appearances including the Royal Academy, London Group and the Society of Wildlife Artists. Hereford City Museum and Art Gallery hold her work.
