By submitting your bid, you agree that:
You have read and agree with the Auctioneer Terms and Conditions below and the AuctionZip Terms of Use Agreement. You agree to pay a buyer's premium of up to 10% and any applicable taxes and shipping.

All Goods Sold 'As Is'
All items that are sold at our auctions are sold 'as - is'. Neither The SR Antique and Art Gallery, LLC nor the consignor makes any representations or warranties of any kind concerning any items offered for sale. Neither the Auctioneer nor SR Antique and Art Gallery, LLC or its representatives is responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal communications and descriptions. No statement in the catalogue, made at the sale, or otherwise, shall be construed to be a representation, warranty or admission of liability. All measurements are approximate.
Preview
Preview is not provided, although it is possible by making a appointment by calling 703-796-0892 or email to sales@sraagallery.com.
Withdrawal
We reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
All sales are final:
All sales are final. Since all sales are final, credit card charge backs are not allowed. By agreeing to these terms, you are also agreeing not to reverse any credit card charges. We do not accept returns. Any items returned without prior written authorization will be considered abandoned and will become the property of SR Antique and Art Gallery, LLC.
Payment:
Full payment, including the buyer's premium must be received within ten (10) business days after the auction. The following forms of payment are acceptable: cash, bank check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard only), wire transfer. Payments must be made in full for all items bought in the auction before the items may be removed from our possession. We reserve the right to clear all payments before releasing your items.
Your credit card may also be charged after 4 days of sending an invoice through the auction system.
Wire transfers
There is a $25 US dollar service fee for sending wire transfers. Bank information will be provided upon request.

Credit card payments can be made by emailing the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, security code and billing address to: sales@sraagallery.com.
Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold. The buyer's premium is equal to 10% of the hammer price (an additional 5% is added by Invaluable for online bidding).
Taxes:
6% for all the buyers with Virginia mailing address.
Bidding
We reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer at the time his hammer drops will be the buyer of the lot. The Auctioneer has the sole right to re-offer any lot and/or settle disputed bids. In the event that a dispute arises after the end of the sale, our sale record shall be conclusive.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any opening bid (or advance from an accepted opening bid) that he believes, in his sole discretion, is not commensurate with the value of the lot or that does not meet the reserve, and withdraw that lot from sale.
Currently we do not take telephone bids, we will not be held responsible for any errors or failure to properly execute such bids. Bidders may submit absentee, internet bids until 12:00 pm Eastern Time the day before the auction. All bids placed at auction are per lot.
Condition reports and descriptions:
Written and oral descriptions are only our opinion and do not guarantee authenticity, age, condition, material, etc. SR Antique and Art Gallery is not responsible or liable for the correctness or completeness of the catalog descriptions, and we do not scientifically test woods, precious metals, ceramics or any other material for age, species etc. It is always in the best interest of prospective bidders to examine items of interest before the sale. Promotional material:
By signing up for this auction you are consenting to receive promotional material from
SR Antique and Art Gallery, including but not limited to, mailers and emails.
Auction description:
Any information listed in the auction description supersedes the terms in this agreement when noted.
Announcements:
Any announcements made at the time of the auction take precedence over any other communications, written or verbal.
Shipping Terms
Shipping:
For most lots and items, we will help arrange shipments at buyer's expense. No property will be released until payment in full is made on the items. We pack and ship all items in a professional way. Please Allow one Weeks For Shipping. If you would like your items shipped by another shipper, we are happy to provide you with contact information for shippers so that you may inquire as to shipping costs before you bid on an item. Arranging shipping and paying for shipping costs will be solely your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you determine the costs of shipping before you bid on any item.
For lots and items which we are not able to handle for shipping, you may need to contact with the UPS store to pick up and deliver them to you.
