All Firearms will be sold in accordance to the laws of the state of Maryland, all transfers of guns will be handled by our recognized FFL dealer, Registration fees involved in the transfer of ownership are to be paid to the FFL, the registered bidder / purchaser / buyer of the firearm will be who the gun is registered. Black powder guns can be picked up at auction no transfer fees apply, Maryland purchaser of a gun can pick up the gun at our FFL dealer the transfer fees are $30.00 for each shotgun or rifle and $40.00 for each handgun purchased. Any gun that needs shipped including black powder guns must be mailed from the FFL. There will be a $45.00 packing and handling for guns, plus shipping and insurance in addition.
