This auction is comprised of floor bidders, online bidders, phone bidders and absentee bidders (left bids).
• Floor bidders relay their bids to the auctioneer.
• An Internet clerk relays the online Internet bids to the auctioneer.
• A phone clerk relays the phone bids to the auctioneer.
• Left bids from absentee bidders are relayed to the auctioneer.
The auctioneer accepts the relayed bids in the order he sees them and makes the final determination of the winning bidder.

Your bid is your contract with Golden Gavel Auctions to purchase the item(s) won. It is your responsibility to ask all questions before bidding and not after you have won the item(s). We are not responsible for missed bids, accidental bids or bids placed in error of any kind.

Statements of condition are subjective, and as such, are based on the opinion of the observer. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. In some cases, due to error or omission, there may be no condition statement. This does not imply the lot is without defect, damage, wear or is in perfect condition.

The Auctioneer has the right to withdraw any item property at any time before actual auction.

By registering to bid and bidding, you agree to pay the winning bid price, buyer's premium and sales tax where applicable. You waive the right to use any third party to obtain a refund including credit card chargebacks. Any dispute must go through Golden Gavel Auctions LLC in writing and amicably settled between parties.

All jewelry items are listed as marked. Unmarked items have been acid tested.
Payment must be made within 5 DAYS of auction end.
We reserve the right to hold checks until funds have cleared.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. All shipping is done through our local Enfield, Connecticut UPS Store (See Below).

Buyer must arrange for shipping using our local UPS Store. Once you have paid Golden Gavel Auctions for your item(s) you must call the UPS Store (860) 745-9511 or email store0716@theupsstore.com to get a shipping quote. The UPS Store will determine the cost to ship your item(s) to you.
