In addition to the hammer price, the buyer has to pay the following fees:
• 20% plus VAT at the current legal rate, i.e. 23.92% including VAT.

The striking of the hammer marks the acceptance of the highest bid and the conclusion of a contract of sale between the seller and the buyer. The buyer possesses the lot once he has paid auctionevente the full hammer price, the fees, VAT and commissions. The bid becomes the buyer's responsibility as soon as the bid has been accepted and on these terms, he accepts full financial responsibility and risks for the goods.
