All property is sold "AS IS", and neither Auction Kings nor the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. By bidding, you agree to these Conditions of Sale.
No reference to imperfections is made in the catalog descriptions or verbally by the Auctioneers. Since all sales are final and AUCTION KINGS makes no refunds, please verify our descriptions and carefully view the property at a preview before you bid.

We as the Agent for Consignor may place bids during the auction if and when the highest outstanding bid at any time during the sale is below the reserve which may have been established on the lot being offered. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.

Payment
PLEASE NOTE***IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL WITHIN 24HRS OF AUCTION ENDING TO DO SO-IF NOT, AND YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
TO MAKE OTHER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS CALL US 813-781-7407. If payment arrangements are not made within 3 DAYS following the auction, items will be put back on the block and YOU WILL NOT GET THEM. Auctionkings reserves the option to hold purchases until checks clear the bank, or until authorization is obtained on credit cards or Cashier's Checks.
Shipping
WE CAN SHIP WORLDWIDE, EMAIL FOR A QUOTE
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items. If Auctionkings should be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, we are only liable to return the sum made by the purchaser.
Premium
Premium of ten (10% Buyer's Premium + 5% online Fee) of the successful bid price will be added to the bid prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.
Taxes
All winning bidders will receive an invoice after the auction. As of right now payment should be made by calling the office the following business day. We are currently working on a better payment solution so you can pay straight from the computer. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to charge your card if you are the winner. Shipping is a separate charge and is included in the invoice price. Shipping method will be USPS. You may contact the office to process your payment. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact the office for payment processing. We do not accept PayPal. If you are a local winning bidder, you may pay with a personal or cashier's check.
--INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Weiss Lake Auction will send an email to the email address provided during registration with payment instructions. Please ensure your email address is correct on your registration information for proper processing.
--NONPAYMENT
Online bidders have no more than 6 working days (Monday after the auction until the following Monday) to successfully pay for their items. If we do not receive payment, the items will either be returned to the consignor or returned to auction. Once nonpayment has been identified, an Unpaid Item strike will be assigned to your account. Multiple item strikes can permanently ban you from bidding at Weiss Lake Auctions or any other auction gallery on AuctionZip. If you are an eBay bidder, you will be assessed a nonpayment strike against your eBay account. Multiple strikes against your account may constitute eBay shutting your account down.
Condition
