Value
The assigned value to each object is to be considered a modest estimate of value. Bidding will typically start at 70-80 % of the value.

Reserved prices
Most objects have a reserved price agreed to by the seller. This is under, or in some
instances, equal to the lowest price estimate.

Property rights
The property rights of the object do not transfer to the buyer until payment plus commission has been paid in full.

Norwegian artist fee
On artwork with a value of over Nok 1.750 a 5 % artist fee is due.

We seek to provide correct information about each object, however we can't guarantee for any errors or omittances. It is the bidder's responsibility to learn about each object's condition. We encourage anyone who can't personally view the objects to request a condition report.

Payment is due immediately after the auction has closed. Objects must be collected or shipment agreed upon within three days after the auction has closed, unless otherwise agreed.

We ship internationally and choose carrier dependent upon size of object and destination country. Shipping costs are invoiced the buyer. Payment must be made prior to shipping.
