FRANCESCO FRANCIA (c. 1447-1517) Francesco degli Alidosi (c. 1455-1511), Cardinal Legate of Bologna and Romagna, bronze medal, bust right, rev., Jupiter, holding thunderbolt, standing in chariot drawn by two eagles across clouds; the signs of Pisces and Sagittarius below, 61.8mm (Hill 610; Arm II, 116, 45; Pollard 211 = Kress 186), pierced, small casting flaw on obverse, a very fine contemporary cast with light brown patina
