All purchases need to be picked up or shipping arranged by October 6, 2021. Any purchases not paid for or picked up by October 6, 2021 will be considered unclaimed and go back into the possession of Peter Estey Fine Art & Auctions.

In the case of system failure, Peter Estey Fine Art reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction.

Shipping is available within Canada and internationally. A sliding scale handling fee will apply to purchases requiring shipping, between $25-$75 per item, depending on complexity of packing and size. Please feel free to request a handling fee and/or shipping quote for any piece you are interested in.

Payment for all purchases are due within 2 days of receiving the invoice. Should payment not be received within that time frame, we reserve the right to charge your card on file through Invaluable/AuctionZip.
