Description

Plaster bust of man mounted on square bevel base with label indicating title and "He found a way to save lives by saving blood". Signed on back "Inge Hardison 1967". Brown bronze patina. Dr. Charles Drew was the inventor of the blood bank. A nice African-American subject by one of America's African-American artist's.

5" h; base 5-1/4" x 4-1/4".
