Notice to Bidders

Anyone wishing to register to bid on Invaluable for any Premium Lot in this auction (items marked with *) will be requested to place a deposit in the amount set forth below.

The bid limit will be lifted only after receipt of a deposit in the amount of EUR 50,000.
The deposit must be received no later than close of business on Friday, April 9, 2021. If the deposit is not received by this time, the Bidder's bid limit will not be lifted Payment of the deposit may be made only by bank transfer.

Payment for any items won is due within 7 days of the sale date unless other arrangements are made. Payment may be made by wire transfer, credit card (a fee of 2.5% for EU credit cards and 4% for non-EU credit cards will be added), PayPal (additional fee of 3.4% for EU accounts, 5.4% for non-EU accounts), or cash. Due to the ongoing covid situation, in-person payments and pickups must be arranged in advance.

Upon request, we will arrange for shipping. We use UPS, FedEx, and TNT as our primary shippers, but will ship Czech Post registered mail (ONLY) for small items. We will NOT ship to the US with Czech Post, as shipping times are too long and items have gone missing.

A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium is 30% of the hammer price (including the Invaluable fee). All buyer's premium amounts include statutory VAT. Please note that this VAT is NON-REFUNDABLE under the EU margin scheme, even for items that are exported from the EU.
