Unless noted all items have some amount of acceptable wear, scratches, nicks, missing stitches, ect. for their age.
Measurements on paintings and pictures are image size, paintings and pictures that are in frames have not been examined outside the frame.
Bracelets measurements are opening, inside circumference, width. The glass in painting's is NOT insurable therefor if the glass is broke during shipping it is the customers responsibility to have replaced.
At the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the offered lot and assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Neither the consignor nor R. G. American Trails Inc. is thereafter responsible for loss or any damage to the article by fire, theft or breakage.

American Trails Inc. Right to Terminate Purchase. If for any reason Auction Co. is unable to complete the sale of any purchase to buyer or provide such purchase free and clear of liens, even if the buyer was given notice that he is the high bidder and purchaser, Buyer agrees that the Auction Co. may terminate the purchase/agreement, in which case Auction Co.'s only liability shall be the return of any monies actually paid by buyer.
