Conditions of Sale

The adjudication of the goods is made to the highest bidder, regardless of the method of participation, with a specific declaration by the Auctioneer which is valid as acceptance of the bid by the participant in the auction. The starting auction base is at the auctioneer's sole discretion. The offers in the room will have indicative minimum raises as indicated, but the Auctioneer will still have total discretion in adhering to this rule and in accepting or not accepting offers.

Payments

The hammer price is the amount at which the lot is sold.
The successful bidder, if in the room, before leaving it, must go to the registration desk to sign the award report necessary to collect the property, indicating the lot awarded and the amount of the adjudication, and pay a deposit equal to at least 20% the amount and the auction fees, as well as to return the pallet.
After the adjudication, the successful bidder who did not participate in the room will be charged a deposit equal to 20% of the awarded amount, if prior authorization has been issued.

Auction Rights

The auction rights are 21% for the adjudications up to €100,000, 16% for the lots sold from €100,000 and up to € 500,000 and 13% in addition to € 500,000, all above the VAT required by current Italian legislation. Any further charges or taxes relating to the purchase will still be due to the successful bidder.
