A fabulous original art oil painting on canvas from listed German artist Herbert Otto Fiedler (1891 - 1962). Mr. Fiedler fled Nazi Germany in the 1930s with his future wife, Amrey Balsiger. It features a young boy and girl with spring flowers. This painting depicts a small girl in seated pose and is signed in the lower right hand corner.
