She is seen in the shadows of trees while sunlight hits the buildings, arched bridge, barges and castle beyond. Signed lower right "H Cyrus Farnum, France". Housed in its original fancy gesso decorated gilt frame with gilt liner. SIZE: 14" x 20". PROVENANCE: Easton family of Rhode Island. CONDITION: Surface dirt, very good. 9-93294 (1,500-2,000)
