The shipper then makes contact with you to handle all your shipping needs. Large items will incur a small transportation fee. ALL AMMUNITION WILL BE SHIPPED BY GOIN' POSTAL. If you would like to pick up items at the auction hall or use an alternative shipper please contact our auction hall the first business day following the auction to inform us of this.

In the event of a Disputed bid the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again. The decision of the auctioneer is final and absolute.
The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description,authenticity, genuineness of, or incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted, No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods are sold as is and without recourse. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost but there will be no

Next day pickup / payment will be available fir this auction Tuesday 9/1 from 10-4.
Unless you make arrangements 1 week Prior to the Auction all Payments are due within 5 Business Days after Auction. #CC on file will be automatically billed 4-5 business days after auction ends. You may also call in with your CC# to make payment. The auction house number is 207-803-8054. Checks can be mailed to 148 BEAVER CREEK FARM RD, BRIDGTON, ME, 04009. Any Returned Checks will be Charged A Fee of $50.00
