A practising environmentalist and photographer, Agarwal's photographs refer to the 'network of inter-related ecologies' that exist between the river, the flowers and the land on which they grow. Often unseen or taken for granted, these connecting links are threatened by the growth of industrialisation in India, resulting in the ruin and decay of these natural resources.
