Early 20th c. Oil on Artist Board Post Impressionist "Mountain Path" c. 1915 by Harry W. Jacobs of Buffalo, New York. Signed lower right. The painting was displayed in the Buffalo New York Municipal Building. Mr. Jacobs was the Director of Art Education and Handwork of the Buffalo, NY, school system and was the published author of several art and writing instruction books.
