D. THOMAS FINE MINIATURES, LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please read all terms and conditions before bidding in this auction. You agree to the Auctioneer Terms and Conditions as well as those set forth by Invaluable.com here Invaluable Terms of Use Agreement. There is a 23% Buyers Premium. Your bid is a contract to purchase. All sales are final and there are no returns.
2. All items are sold as is. D. THOMAS FINE MINIATURES, LLC (Auctioneer) holds no warranty to descriptions and statements made by the auctioneer or the internet catalog. There are no guarantees of any kind with respect to size, provenance, condition, or value of any item. Our written descriptions are our expressed opinions only. All measurements and weights are approximate. Item condition mentioned in description does not imply that the item is free from normal from wear and tear or other signs of aging. If imperfections are evident, every effort will be given to describe any problems in condition report. All announcements made the day of Auction take precedent over previous announcements.
3. Your bid is your contract to buy. The highest bidder is the buyer. Please check and question any item carefully prior to bidding. Contact Darren T. Scala at 914-548-1984 and we'll be happy to provide additional photographs or answer questions about an item before you bid. Once an item has been purchased, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide payment as quickly as possible.
4. All disputes shall be settled at the discretion of the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the final decision.
5. D. THOMAS FINE MINIATURES, LLC reserves the right to reject any bids that are not of fair market value or not in the best interest to the consignor.
6. There will be a 23% Buyer's Premium. Buyer's premium includes credit card processing fees. Sales tax, shipping, handling, and insurance are not included in the bidding increments and will be assigned to final invoicing.
7. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: See item description for any additional shipping, handling and insurance costs which will applied during invoicing. Items will ship by First Class USPS to buyer's listed address and arranged by D. THOMAS FINE MINIATURES, LLC One David Lane #4U Yonkers, NY 10701 914-548-1984. Contact: Darren T. Scala darrentscala@gmail.com. We will bulk ship multiple lot purchases and will adjust costs during invoicing. Items can be expected to ship within 7-14 days after receiving payment. Nothing will be shipped without full payment.
8. All items shall be purchased via the internet. There will be no in-person or phone orders taken. Items must be paid with 48 hours, there are no exceptions, we accept Paypal. We also have the provisions for Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept checks.
9. We expect all to honor this online agreement, if you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. We will not accept anyone who does not have a history on Invaluable however if you are new to Invaluable, please call or send us an email for special assignment.
10. This Auction has reserves.
11. Bidding increments do not include buyer premium, sales tax, insurance, or shipping.
12. If a dispute rises after the sale, D. THOMAS FINE MINIATURES, LLC Sale Record is conclusive.
13. With your registration, you are agreeing to all the above terms of sale.
14. All New York State residents must pay 8.375% Sales tax.

Shipping Terms
We will assign packing, shipping, and insurance costs to your final invoice and will use USPS First Class. USPS estimated cost to ship smaller items (5"x5" box) is approx. $4.50-$8.75 Estimated cost for larger items requiring 10"-12" box is $18-$22. Insurance, signature due at delivery costs are additional and the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide shipping costs for bulk lots and for those items requiring larger packages. PACKAGING, SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE OF ROOMBOX PURCHASES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. We'll be happy to work with you to find an appropriate shipper and arrange for pick up. These pieces need to be professionally crated and made ready for shipment. Additional charges apply for shipments internationally.
