To get approved to buy as a new client, we will need valid credit card information. Send this information to artiaservice@hotmail.com. Buyer's premium/Commission is 25% of the hammer price and a hammer fee of EUR10.
We apologize for this hassle, but once you are approved you will automatically be accepted to all our future auctions.

Payment has to be made upon receipt of invoice. Absentee bidders will be notified within 3 days of the sale. We accept payment by wire transfer and Paypal. Purchases made by Paypal will result in a 5.5% transaction fee charged by Paypal company. Won absentee bids must be paid within 5 days. When you bid on an item you automatically accept the terms of sale. In the event the buyer does not pay in full within 5 days of the sale, the buyer is in default, therefore title has not exchanged. In the event of a buyer default, the buyer agrees to pay a 23% default fee and releases the title of that said item.
Any payment not made within 5 days of the purchase will result in a 20% late fee and ban from future auctions.

Shipment:
Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping are done at their own risk and that all fees such as packing, expenses, material, insurance etc are to be paid in advance. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received.
Please note: We do not handle the shipping of large lots (carpets, furniture etc). If you are unsure about shipping, please contact us! If you are a dealer or serious collector abroad and seeking a long-term relationship, please contact us for a discussion about storage and shipping. ARTIA AB will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.

Purchased items will be stored for 30 days, then a storage fee of EUR5 per day will be charged.

There are no guarantees or recourse on sold lots. Decisions are final and information is approximate. Lots are sold 'as-is' and all sales are final. Neither we nor the consignor is responsible for the correctness of any statement of any kind concerning the lot, whether written or oral nor for any other errors or omissions in description or for any faults or defects in any lot.

The auctioneer has the sole right to settle disputed bids and decide whether or not to re-offer the lot.
