Hana Sahar was born in Israel and studied photography at Camera Obscura School of Art, Tel Aviv. She has held numerous solo exhibitions throughout Israel and in Antwerp, Hamburg and Paris. 'It is the Romantic nocturnal landscape that puts Hanna Sahar's photographs under its spell. These seem to be her versions of 19υth century vignettes where compositions of caverns,...and shaded images may recall an embryonic moment.'
