Halliday Avray-Wilson, Born 1967 Blast Figure Steel Unique 230cm.; 90ins high Born in London, but now residing in France, Halliday was trained in fine art at Oxford and Florence. Awarded a Medal of Honour for his contribution to the arts in France, in part due to his monument 'Victoire', a controversial 30 foot high work commemorating the French Resistance. Other pieces include a large scale abstraction of a racehorse in steel for the Wetherby Racing Group UK, and works in bronze for the French National Collection of Equestrian Art.
