signed, fine original frame. Wolff studied with Paul Cornoyer at the St. Louis School of Fine Art, and painted similar subjects in a similar style. He painted all over Europe, and in Buffalo, NY. He exhibited at the Portland Expo (1905); Competitive Exhibition (1906); and the Society of Western Artists (1907).
