Provenance

R.W., gift from John [Moore, 1646-1714], Bishop of Norwich [and of Ely], presentation inscription in Latin lettered on spine. One of Moore's sons, Daniel, accompanied the second Earl of Macclesfield on his Grand Tour.

Originally published in Bruges in 1557, this volume is part of a whole series of republications by Moretus.
