Term&Condition of Sale

Visa/Mastercard payment is accepted up to $10,000 with the balance to be paid by check or wire. Credit Card purchases cannot exceed $10,000 regardless of the number of lots purchased. Buyer's premium is 20% of the hammer price up to $500,000 and 15% of the excess of the final bid price above $500,000, plus any applicable sales tax. The buyer's premium is calculated seperately for each lot. Nevada State sales tax of 7.725% will be added to items picked up or remaining in Nevada. No sales tax applies to items shipped out of the State of Nevada. All sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds. Titled to the lot passes to buyer upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer and the annnouncement by the auctioneer that the lot has been sold. The buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the lot and shall immediately pay the the full puchase price. All property is sold "as is" and the the Coeur d' Alene Art Auction does not make any guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed of implied, as to merchantability or fitness for a paticular purpose, the correctness of the catalog or other description of the authenticity, physical condition, size, medium, provenance, literature or historical relevance of any property. Some items may be offered with reserves which is the minimum price below which a lot will not be sold. In no event shall the reserve exceed the low estimate listed in the catalog.
