The lots placed in the auction are sold in the state in which they are found, with every defect and imperfection communicated in the catalog.After the award, no disputes are allowed, neither Felima Art nor its directors will be held responsible for any errors and omissions.The contractor will pay Felima Art the auction rights of 24% (twenty-four percent) on the hammer price. The successful tenderer must make the payment before collecting the goods at his care, risk and expense, no later than 5 (five) days starting from the day following the award.
