Linen backed; one inch area of paper restoration in upper left quadrant; minor nail head sized loss of paper on upper left edge along horizontal folio fold; three inch tear repair along upper left margin; dime sized area of paper restoration in lower right quadrant; minor wear along horizontal and vertical folio folds; small thumb sized area of paper restoration to top right corner; two minor nail head sized spots of paper restoration in lower left quadrant; one inch tear repair along lower left edge; otherwise this work appear to be in basic stable condition; not examined out of frame.
