BENEDICTIS, Giosue de, (Italian, 1874-1958): "Summer Afternoon", depicts a young maiden knitting under an umbrella with cattle grazing by a stream, O/C, 24" x 30", signed lower left, encase in contemporary heavy gilt carved frame, 33" x 38 1/2".

Has been relined, several patches of in-paint in sky.
