Gidon Graetz (Israel, b. 1929) sculpture, "Small Composition No. 10", bronze, 1980, edition 2/9, abstract composition over a resin base, signed "GRAETZ 2/9", and signed with paper label on base indicating artist year and title, 5"w x 3"d x 14.5"h, bronze is 12"h, excellent original condition Graetz studied with Pericle Fazzini in Italy, and with Marcel Gimond in Paris. He is known for his public sculptures. Sold with this lot is Department of State and Customs paperwork regarding the entry of this sculpture into the United States from Florence, Italy in 1980.
