Central Galleries, New York, and Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, both affixed to the stretcher.
Oil on canvas, 25 x 30 in. (63.5 x 76.4 cm), framed.
Condition: Paint losses, craquelure, varnish inconsistencies, surface grime.

Provenance: Sold to benefit the acquisition fund of the Hood Museum of Art, Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.

Condition Report

Craquelure with flaking and losses. Losses to center left in the skirt of the red dress in an area measuring 3 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches. Scattered losses throughout, particularly to the background. Subtle rippling to canvas, with mild canvas deformation.
