Warwick Auctions Ltd offer an online bidding service via Invaluable
for bidders who cannot attend the sale.

In completing the bidder registration on www.invaluable.com and providing your debit card details and unless alternative arrangements are agreed with Warwick Auctions Ltd:
1. Authorise Warwick Auctions ltd, if they so wish, to charge the debit card given in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the auction via invaluable.com, and

2. confirm that you are authorised to provide these debit card details to Warwick Auctions ltd through www.invaluable.com and agree that Warwick Auctions Ltd are entitled to ship the goods to the card holder name and card holder address provided in fulfillment of the sale.

Please note that any lots purchased via Invaluable live auction service will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price.

1. The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser. If any dispute arise between the bidders or any mistakes be made, the lot to be put up again at the bidding immediately preceding the dispute, or the Auctioneer may declare the purchaser.

2. The advance in the bidding to be regulated by the Auctioneer. He also reserves to him self the right to refuse any bidding, to bid on behalf of the vendor in the case of lots (if any) upon which there is a reserve, to withdraw, consolidate or divide any lot or lots or to submit lot in any order, without regard to the position of the same in catalogue, as may be deemed advisable.

3. On the fall of the hammer, the purchasers to give their name and address and, if required, to pay a deposit of 25 per sent of the purchase price as part payment, in default of which the lot to be put up again and resold.

4. The purchaser will be required to pay the Auctioneer a Buyers Premium of 20% Plus VAT, being a percentage of the hammer price and payable on settlement of account. The rate of premium is also clearly displayed in the auction rooms or place of sale.

5. Each and every lot shall at the fall of the hammer be at the risk of the purchaser and no lot or lots can be removed until the whole amount of the purchaser's account, including buyer's premium, shall be paid in full to the Auctioneers.

6. The lots must be paid for and cleared away from the premises, at the purchasers expense and risk, not later than 12.00 hours on the day following the sale, in default of which the Auctioneer will not hold himself in anyway responsible if the lots be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and they will remain at the sole risk of the purchaser. Any damage caused by removal or otherwise must be made good by the person committing the same, principals being considered responsible for the acts of their servants, such damage to be assessed by the Auctioneer.

7. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make allowance for the whole or any portion of a lot not delivered from any cause what ever - At the same rate as which such lot was purchased; and inasmuch as the Auctioneer acts only as agent for the vendors he shall not be considered personally responsible for any default on the part of either vendors or of purchasers.

8. Any lots uncleared by the appointed time, agreeable with the conditions, will be forfeited, and may be resold or warehoused at the expense of the purchaser.

9. The lots are believed to be and shall be taken as correctly described with all faults and imperfections (if any) and the Auctioneers do not hold themselves responsible for the correct description, by measure or otherwise, nor the genuineness, authenticity or condition of any lot.

10. On failure to comply with the above conditions, or non-performance of all or any part of them, the defaulters will lose their deposits and the Auctioneer or Clerk of the sale shall be at liberty to take such steps as may be deemed necessary to bring the transaction to a close; and if re-sale be effected either by public auction or private contact, all loss and expenses shall devolve upon the defaulter at this sale.

11. All disputes shall be determined by the Auctioneer, whose decision shall be final and binding on the vendor and purchaser.

12. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any cheques

NOTICE: Intending purchasers must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the physical description of any lot whether or not any lot has been damaged or repaired.
