These two drawings record the rebuilding of St Stephen's Chapel following the burning of the Houses of Parliament in 1834. The chapel was restored by Charles Barry as part of his commission to re-build the Houses of Parliament and George Belton Moore had been a pupil of Augustus Charles Pugin, whose son Augustus Northmore Welby Pugin worked alongside Barry.
