2. Coast and Country, LLC has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item; thus, please attend the site preview. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior/up to close of sale.

3. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction as outlined here and within (see above).

4. Coast and Country, LLC shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or late bids at soft closing. Online auctions move quickly. If you are interested in an item, pay special attention to the bid process as the auction nears closing.

5. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements prior. Coast and Country LLC reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.

6. As a condition of the Bidder's participation in this auction, the Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coast and Country, LLC and its members, managers and officers from any action arising out of this auction that constitutes a material breach or violation of Coast and Country, LLC's duties under this Agreement.

7. Any claim, controversy, debt collection or dispute proceedings between a bidder and Coast and Country, LLC shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in the Loudoun County, Virginia in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (provided, that a single arbitrator shall be appointed and minimal discovery shall be permitted in accordance therewith) and judgment upon the award rendered by such arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

8. This auction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws or choice-of-law principles.

SHIPPING TERMS
To qualify for shipping, items ("lots") must fit within a 14" square box or smaller. Shipping is a separate charge from, and is in addition to, the hammer price. The total shipping cost includes packing and materials, and is paid by the buyer. The buyer will be invoiced separately by Coast And Country Auctions. Items will be shipped via UPS Ground.

The total cost to ship an item is determined by both box size (14" x 14" x 14" or smaller) and WEIGHT. Please take careful note of qualifying lots("Lots") containing heavier items, ie. books, cast iron, linens/blankets/quilts. In some instances, depending upon the contents, shipping cost may exceed purchase price.

Coast and Country, LLC will ship via UPS. Coast and Country, LLC is not responsible for any shipping costs, including shipping costs which exceed the purchase price or estimates obtained by the buyer. Coast and Country, LLC is not responsible for any damages which may occur during shipping.

Buyers may choose to research estimated shipping costs by visiting the UPS website, or using an online shipping calculator like https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/estimate-shipping-cost ) to get an idea of what it may cost to ship an item.

No furniture will be shipped. On a case-by-case basis, delivery may be coordinated for certain items within a 90 mile radius. Please contact us to make special arrangements and discuss associated costs.

For items labeled PICK-UP ONLY:
National shipping and local delivery is available AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. You are responsible for all coordination and associated costs. We will work with you to try and accommodate shipping arrangements, but are not responsible for any items left beyond the pick up date.
