French Provincial Walnut Morbier Clock, 19th c.,
the stepped cornice over a glazed hinged door, figural pressed brass clock surround, with a porcelain dial, above a long case with a hinged pendulum door,

Condition Report

Structurally sound, pendulum and weights present, mellow aged finish, abrasions and toning to case and mostly on bonnet with some touch up, proper right front corner of cornice with a loss, scattered inactive worming, scattered shrinkages, mostly where joined, patination and some bending to metal elements, porcelain dial with a few chips and marks, overall nicks, abrasions and imperfections consistent with age and use.
