The House reserves the right to withdraw any item at any point before the sale.

The highest bidder observed by the Auctioneer will establish themselves as the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion. Should the dispute persist post-sale, Auctioneers' sale record will reflect the outcome of the bidding.

If the Auctioneer decides that any bid is not comparable with the value of the item, or having acknowledged an original bid, that any advance thereafter is not sufficient in amount, he may reject.

The House and the Consignor assume no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity or the authorship of any property identified in the online catalogue. All property is sold "As Is, Where Is" and neither the House nor the Consignor makes any warranties or representations with respect to the property. The aforementioned Parties also in no event shall be responsible for the correctness or any implied warranty or merchantability or any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose as it relates to description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, safety, reliability or condition of the property. If any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose can be construed from the catalogue, auction, or bill of sale, such warranties are disclaimed by the Auctioneer and the Consignor. No statement in the online catalogue or made at the sale or in the Bill of Sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an admission of liability. Moreover, the Auctioneer will not be held responsible for any variations in appearance of online photographs.

It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to see that items are removed in a timely manner.The buyer must pay all shipping/packing costs as within 3 business days upon invoice. Items for local pick-up remaining after 5 business days following auction close will be sold at no reserve to cover storage fees.

No purchases made during auction may be removed before the auction concludes. Unless special arrangements have been made, all Purchases must be removed from the premises following the sale. After this period, the House will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise and no refunds will be made if lost or damaged.

If for any cause a purchased lot cannot be delivered in as good condition as at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen or mis-delivered or lost prior to delivery, Clements shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser.

A 20% Buyers premium will be added to all goods as part of the purchase price
