Packaging and Handling will be as follows; Small packages such as Tin toys and pull toys will be $6.95, Medium sizes such as glassware will be $9.95, Larger items will be max of $19.95. We will combine shipping so you can save by buying more items!! We will assist in crating and finding transportation for larger items at buyers expense for those that may need assistance. Minimum crating fee will be $50. We will also hold in storage for those that want to pickup there own items at a later date. Cost of this will be based on size and time elapsed. But the first week will be at no cost!!

All items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. The Auctioneer makes no warranty as to condition and shall not be responsible for any defects in any Lot. All goods are available for public exhibition and for Internet buyer's the condition is described in the listings. Item descriptions, dimensions and estimates are provided for guidance only. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all lots prior to bidding to ensure that the condition is to their satisfaction. If potential buyers are unable to inspect lots in person, we will be happy to provide any requested information. As noted before, these are for guidance only, and all lots will be sold as is! Assets are subject to additions and deletions. Some items may sell subject to owners confirmation.

Payment, All payments are due in US funds by cash, Credit Card, Check, or Bank Transfer immediately at conclusion of auction. A buyer's premium of 15% of the hammer price, plus 5% AuctionZip Live Bidding Fee, shall be added to each purchase for Internet purchases. For on-site, phone or left bids a 15% premium will be charged , discounted 3% (to 12%) for approved checks and cash purchases. The premium is added to the purchaser's successful bid and the two together equal the total purchase price. The tax is computed on the total purchase price (hereinafter the total purchase price and applicable sales tax will be referred to as the 'Total Amount Due').

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Leaman Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Leaman Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and where is and that they become the owner when the "Hammer" drops!! Bidder may not return any item they purchase for any reason.

Leaman Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Seller and Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Leaman Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Leaman Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Leaman Auctions reserves the right to re-catalog items in this auction.


Shipping Seller and Auction company will assist in Shipping and loading out of items. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. We will assist in finding shipping at buyers expense for those that may need assistance. All items to be removed by August 25 2015.

2. Payment Due: Buyer shall communicate with Seller within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and shall be received by the Seller no later than 7 days following the auction. Buyer is responsible for providing a copy of receiving dealer's FFL (Federal Firearm License). Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made, firearm shipped to FFL Dealer, and buyer completes all necessary steps according to Federal and state laws in which buyer resides. All crating, packing, shipping and insurance charges will be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated. Any risk of loss during shipment will be borne by the Buyer following delivery of the purchased item to the designated common carrier.

3a. Winning Bid: The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auction coordinator shall decide the buyer.
3b. Multiple Winners: In cases when more than one piece is available of the same lot, the auction coordinator at his/her discretion has the right to sell multiple pieces to multiple bidders.

Once you become the Winner of the Auction:
WITHIN 3 DAYS of the end of the auction, you must contact the Seller for Payment Instructions or notify of Payment mailed and ensure your FFL (if required) sends signed copy of Firearms License to the Seller
WITHIN 7 DAYS of the end of the auction, if FULL PAYMENT to the Seller has not been received in the prescribed timeframes, you will lose your rights as the Winner of the auction, and the Seller will file a NON PAYING BIDDER (NPB) report against your account. NPB status can result in SUSPENSION of your privileges to use InValuable & Auction Zip.

Sales Tax

MD requires the collection of 6% sales tax unless you have a resale license or are a nonresident and have the item shipped out of state. Generally, all items shipped out of state are tax free sales. You must have your license and identification on file or in hand or we will be collecting as the law requires. Any purchaser claiming an exemption yet unable to provide proof at the time of payment will be required to pay the tax to Leaman Auctions and seek a refund from the State of Pennsylvania.
