1. A buyer's premium of 18% of the hammer price will be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. A 3% buyer's premium discount is applied if the invoice is paid with cash or personal check (to make a 15% premium total).

3. Complete payment is required within 10 days of invoicing.

Two weeks after auction end, any items remaining at the auction house will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per week per item.

7. Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold.
