MPLETENESS,CONDITION OF PROPERTY OR ITS VALUE all measurements are approximates. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items they are interested in carefully and ask any questions prior to bidding. By placing a bid you signify that you have examined the item fully as you desire or have chosen not to conduct such examination. 2-The successful bidder is the highest bidder meeting the reserve price if any acknowledged by the auctioneer.

3- The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the item at the fall of the hammer

4- A buyers premium of 21% will be added to the hammer price for each item sold

5-For all residence of Florida 6% sales tax will be added to the invoice.

6-PAYMENT: We accept bank wire transfers, bank checks credit and debit cards processed thru paypal for all
U.S. domestic transactions. We accept bank wire transfers bank check for all international transactions and we accept credit cards processed thru PAYPAL for all international transaction up to $2,500.00 If there is ever a case for a refund bidders are responsible for shipping cost, and returning the item in same condition as sent, moreover under no circumstances will the buyer premium be refunded..

7-A range of estimates including a high and low estimates, such estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price or resale price.

8- Payment is due immediately after invoicing of sale. COHCO reserves the right to pursue all collection methods to secure payment including but not limited to referring matter to a collection agency or commenceing legal action. Moreover Cohco reserves the right to report such non paying bidder to various credit reporting agencies and to charge a late fee of up to 1 1/2 % per month, as permitted by law.Additionally PURCHASER is responsible to pay any & all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees

9 Shipping - it is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping. As a courtesy to the buyer Cohco can arrange shipping on the buyer's behalf F.O.B. BOYNTON BEACH, FL.,the cost of which will be added to the invoice ALL SUCH ITEMS ARE TO BE CONSIDERED DELIVERED UPON DELIVERY TO A COMMON CARRIER ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER-All such shipping over $250.00 will require insurance and signature confirmation of delivery
The buyer shall remain liable for any item lost or damaged during shipping.

There is a 12% Buyers Premium + 3% Live Bidding Fee + VAT = 17.1% total commission payable by all online bidders
