FOUR-PIECE AMERICAN SILVER TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE Late 18th/Early 19th Century By William G. Forbes (New York, 1752-1840; member of the Gold and Silver Smith's Society, 1786; joined the Mechanic's Institute in 1802). Consists of an oval engraved teapot, covered sugar bowl, cream pitcher, and waste bowl. Together with a matching silver plated coffeepot on stand with burner, height 15½". 53.8 troy oz.
